True Storms v1.3 Changelog
Dec 11 2015

v1.3.1

- Installer wizard!
- Fixed SEVERAL vanilla bugs, namely two issues in the Glowing Sea: Fast travel stopping radiation, and radiation being less than 1 rad/sec after exiting Power Armor (jeeze, Bethesda!)
- Spell no longer required to be added to player for radiation rain damage, this is now part of the vanilla system. PLEASE REMOVE BEFORE UPGRADING.
- Changed several weather IDs to be unique (I was taking over unused vanilla weather IDs before)
- Removed a commonwealth weather type from the Glowing Sea that was causing it to be sunny and radiation-free sometimes.
- Fixed some other conditions causing inconsistent radiation with new True Storms weathers in the Glowing Sea.
- Fixed one of the rainy weathers that was not showing wetness on the Power Armor visor.
- Converted interior shack rain sounds to XWM, with fade in/out loop points. This may fix stuttering and/or playback issues for some of you, or sounds getting "stuck" after rain stops.
- Fixed some conditions on heavy rain shack interior sounds to stop them from playing during light rains.
- Added misc additional conditions on all rain sounds to suppress the engine from playing sounds in wrong places.
- Renamed a few files to match Bethesda conventions, which may effect how the engine loads/loops certain sounds internally.
- Fixed conditions for wooden interiors so light radiation rain sounds would play properly.
- New add-on option for more dangerous Glowing Sea radiation (2x, 3x, 4x -- sorry but 6 rads/sec in vanilla is FAR too weak)
- All climate / volatility / sunset variations available in installer
- Various small tweaks
- Highly experimental sneak buffs during storms - use at your own risk! See description and sticky post for details.

True Storms v1.2 Changelog

- Fixed wetness shader during dust storms (engine does this automatically when using any camera particle effects, so had to remove some dust effects)
- All sounds resampled to a consistent 48khz in an effort to combat audio stuttering people were having, which appears to be a bitrate issue
- Updated rain materials, removed new normal map which is not used by the engine
